Automated warehouse, is a new concept emerged in the logistics warehousing. The high-rise  warehouse rationalization, loading and discharging automation, simplicity of operation can  be achieved using three-dimensional storage devices; automated warehouse, is currently in  the form of a higher technical level. The principal part of automated 3D warehouse is  consisted of shelves, roadway stacker cranes, into (out of) the storehouse table, automation  transport in and out and operation control system. The shelves are steel or structure, the  inside of a shelf is a standard size cargo space, stacker crane walks through the tunnel  between the shelves to finish the work of taking and putting goods. Management uses computer  and bar code technology. Automated three-dimensional storehouse is widely used in China,  including: industrial production, logistics, commodity manufacturing, military application,  etc.
