3.       Our company regularly maintains and tests the mould, and the hole spacing accuracy can get to 0.02 mm, the accumulative error of the length of each column is less than 2mm.
4.       All product material is rolled by the automatic cold bending forming units which are designed by the manufacturer itself. According to customer's demand, the error is less than 1 mm, and  can be inspected by the corresponding detection equipment.
5.       Welding of the products is executed to national standards, to make sure that no loosely-welding and insufficient welding, and the welding area is supplemented by artificial slag, polishing and inspection, to ensure the quality, the smooth and the beauty of the welding line.
6.       Product surface has been done through the slot and immersion in advanced high-pressure electrostatic spray line, and the plastic powder ，so the thickness of the coat is 60-80 um. Its quality abide by the GB9628 standards.
